A set of two traditional Indian mud-houses,

which are the pride of the guest-house ~

Complete with thatched roof, tasteful, ethnic interiors and a balcony

overlooking our pond – Traditionally built from natural materials ~

but at the same time, providing the comforts, such as  a modern

western bathroom, and of course, electricity and running water.

Double-Bed accommodation for 2 adults
(Plus 2 children < 8yrs)

→ EXTENDED RESERVATION:
There is an elegant mezzanine-floor extension within each cottage,

with bedding arrangements for TWO EXTRA PERSONS on floor-mattresses.

Choose this option for 3 or 4 adults

(Plus 2 children < 8yrs)

 To avail of this facility, please remember to  choose the

"Extended" option, at the point of reservation.

These “PREMIUM” cottages are our indigenous

substitute for air-conditioned  rooms ~ far superior

in  terms of comfort and ambiance!

Four independent, single-storied double-bed cottages – in a staggered row.

~ With attached bath, and adjoining veranda.
 
The verandas have an eastern view; they face the morning glow of the brilliant Birbhum sun.

2-Bed:  x 2 Cottages ~

Two independent, single-storied cottages for two.

~ With attached bath, an ante-room and an adjoining veranda.
 
These two rooms are relatively more spacious, compared to the other “REGULAR” double-bed rooms, and they have an additional ‘changing room’ attached.

The verandas have a southern view; they are cooler during the warmer months of the year.

2-Rooms:   3-Beds x 1 Suite ~

​

A ‘suite’ comprising of a drawing room with sofas and a single-bed, and a master bed-room with twin-bed.

~ With attached bath, and adjoining open veranda.

 
This room is set apart from the other cottages of the guest-house, surrounded by a lush glade of trees, overlooking the main pond of the project.

2-Rooms:   8-Beds x 1 Suite ~

A cottage with two adjoining and interconnected rooms.

~ With six single beds and one bunk-bed – that is, bedding arrangements for eight people.

It has an attached open-porch, and two bathrooms.

Room # "D" ~ Shared / Driver's Accommodation

Five-bed dormitory 
(2 bunk beds + 1 single bed)
 
– Set apart from the other guest-house rooms: close to the canteen and parking area –

THIS ROOM HAS VERY BASIC AMENITIES - IT IS USED PRIMARILY AS "DRIVER-ACCOMMODATION"
